Overview

As a Technical Support Delivery Analyst at Workday, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the financial domain, ensuring that customers receive the support they need for their financial software.

In Short

  • Handle a queue of financial support cases.
  • Prioritize issues based on severity and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Development teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial modules and compliance changes.
  • Participate in rostered shifts as part of 24/7 Global Support.
  • Build solid relationships with customers.
  • Motivate change and implement solutions.
  • Encourage, mentor, and coach others in the company.
  • Maintain certifications and training as required.
  • Get involved with initiatives that inspire your passion in support.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with SaaS Financial Enterprise software.
  • Confident communicator with business users and peers.
  • Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages.
  • Ability to read and analyze log files.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL syntax.
  • Experience with API clients like SoapUI or Postman.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and business processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Experience building documentation.
  • Previous experience with web service integrations is an advantage.
