Overview

The Technical Support Analyst will assist users in maximizing their technology platforms, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate new technology rollouts while collaborating with various vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, Active Directory, Office 365, InTune, and mobile device management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
