In Short

  • Provide advanced technical support for Merge Healthcare products.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assess complex problems and document troubleshooting steps.
  • Design and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing informed updates.
  • Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and remote software upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and OS platforms.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience with medical information systems preferred.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in workstation and server OS platforms.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments independently.
  • Strong team collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
