Overview

The Technical Support Analyst will provide remote software technical support for Experian EDQ clients, assisting with data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and profiling.

In Short

  • Provide remote technical support via multiple channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot API and application issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
  • Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Create knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience required.
  • BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm.
  • English Level B2 required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Desktop Support or Help-Desk roles.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in CLI.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
