Overview

The Technical Support Analyst at Motorola Solutions will ensure critical customer issues are resolved efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience.

In Short

  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of MSI Video products.
  • Research and troubleshoot MSI products over phone and digital mediums.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through various communication channels.
  • Document software, hardware, and network information in a case management system.
  • Prioritize tasks including inbound calls and existing case management.
  • Continuously learn new skills and technologies.
  • Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Handle complex situations while maintaining effective communication.
  • Must pass a background check as required by government contracts.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant IT experience or 4-5 years with vocational education.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are considered assets.
  • Prior contact center experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations.
  • Experience with KCS Methodology is an asset.
  • Continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving products.
