Overview

As a Technical Support Analyst at Yuno, you will be part of a high-performing team, responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations for clients in the payment infrastructure sector.

  • Monitor real-time systems to identify and address potential incidents.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for client requests.
  • Work as part of a 24/7 global team for effective incident management.
  • Assess technical issues and determine resolution paths.

  • Log client interactions and contribute to a knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
  • Suggest enhancements to workflows and communication strategies.
  • Participate in on-call duties and post-mortem analysis.
  • Assist backend teams with scripting and basic API testing.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in client-facing technical support.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of APIs and ability to troubleshoot API calls.
  • Basic coding/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize in high-pressure situations.

  • Fluent in English.
