The Senior Enablement Architect will design learning experiences to build employee capabilities and support their growth and development within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience in instructional design and organizational enablement.

• Experience with video design/editing and graphic design is a plus.
