Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Observability team, you will design and build distributed systems that support Workday's Observability services, working on large-scale data processing and collaborating with various engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and distributed systems.
• Expertise in cloud environments and SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with observability domains (Metrics, Logs, Traces).
• Strong experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, ArgoCD).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
