Senior Learning Architect, Enablement - Remote

Overview

Cyera is seeking a Senior Learning Architect to lead the strategic design, development, and delivery of scalable learning experiences and high-impact enablement collateral for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

In Short

• Define and operationalize a scalable GTM learning model.
• Develop structured, role-based learning journeys and certification paths.
• Apply modern instructional design principles to create engaging learning programs.
• Lead the creation of enablement collateral such as playbooks and e-learning.
• Drive adoption by embedding learning into daily workflows.
• Own the delivery and evaluation of learning programs and content assets.
• Monitor key enablement KPIs and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and coach members of the Enablement team.
• Collaborate with SMEs and GTM leaders to define learning goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or GTM Enablement.
• Proven success in building scalable learning programs.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional best practices.
• Proficiency with enablement platforms and learning analytics.
• Exceptional writing and content development skills.
• Strong project management skills.
