• Develop and articulate the strategic vision for agentic systems.
• Architect and oversee the design of scalable agent-driven ML systems.
• Lead the development of sophisticated ML agent architectures.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ML engineering and AI/Data platform teams.
• Define and implement automated workflows and MLOps pipelines.
• Establish monitoring frameworks for agent performance and system health.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership in ML architecture.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy.
• Drive initiatives to optimize system performance and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ML architecture or MLOps.
• Expertise in designing and deploying complex agent-driven systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with system monitoring and logging tools.
