Overview

The Director, Organizational Development & Transformation will lead the transition to a product operating model by integrating organizational development, change management, and transformation plans, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision for sustainable growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in organizational development or HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks.
  • Experience designing learning curriculums.
  • Proven success in building change solutions.
  • Experience managing transformation projects.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
