Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields required.

  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in managing learning strategies in tech-forward environments.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and developing talent at scale.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in building and scaling learning programs.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
