• Lead Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities at Xometry.
• Develop and execute M&A strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence teams.
• Conduct valuations and lead negotiations.
• Oversee transaction execution and integration planning.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Build relationships with investment banks and private equity firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for M&A alignment.
• Provide updates to senior management and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate development or related field.
• Proven track record in leading successful M&A transactions.
• Deep understanding of the M&A process.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, or e-commerce is a plus.
