Overview

The Director of Corporate Development Operations will build the systems, infrastructure, and programs needed to scale a world-class partnership ecosystem. This leader will streamline partner and developer engagement, strengthen Flock’s market position, and unlock new revenue streams through automation and innovation.

• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into operational plans.

• Skilled in designing and scaling repeatable processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience with M&A and corporate development tools.
• Ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in change management and integration leadership.
