Team Lead – Field Services - Remote

Overview

Acumatica is looking for a Team Lead to join our Field Services team in Belgrade, Serbia. You will lead a cross-functional squad responsible for the Field Services module of the Acumatica Cloud ERP, ensuring world-class product quality and reliability.

In Short

• Lead a team of ~14 engineers, QA, UX, and business analysts.
• Own delivery of roadmap features end-to-end.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Set clear OKRs and career paths for team members.
• Partner with Product Management to shape backlog and quarterly goals.
• Drive modern SDLC using Scrum/Kanban and DevSecOps.
• Champion test automation and enforce design & code reviews.
• Participate in customer advisory sessions and beta programs.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical consulting and issue investigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years building business applications in C# / .NET.
• 2+ years direct people management in Agile environments.
• Proven delivery of SaaS products at scale.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on with Git and pull-request workflows.
• Excellent written & verbal English skills.
• Ability to understand and work with existing code.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
