In Short

• Perform Cash Posting duties for Medical and Dental claims.
• Process remote deposits for paper checks and credit card payments.
• Ensure efficient application of payments to claims.
• Document claim denials for review.
• Work with the Billing Specialist team on discrepancies.
• Maintain daily/monthly deposit tracker.
• Update accounts with credits.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Communicate effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years previous applicable experience.
• Experience with insurance remittance advice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
