Aria Care Partners is seeking a skilled Digital Specialist to join our growing marketing team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in the latest digital marketing strategies and platforms.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of the social media content calendar.
• Maintain and optimize website content and digital assets for SEO and AEO.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and create dashboards for insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct ongoing competitive research and stay current on digital marketing trends.
• Assist in creating targeted paid advertising campaigns.
• Test new tactics and tools to continuously improve digital reach.
• Ensure all digital communications align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital channel strategy.
• Experience with CMS platforms and social media management tools.
• Experience in executing campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinker with a passion for continual learning.
