We’re hiring a Digital PR Specialist to own the development and execution of creative, high impact digital PR campaigns that earn high-quality brand mentions and backlinks for our clients.

In Short

• Lead the execution of digital PR campaigns across US, UK, and international markets.
• Develop outreach strategies and media lists in collaboration with teams.
• Create personalized pitches to secure media coverage and backlinks.
• Monitor journalist response rates and optimize outreach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely development of content assets.
• Join client calls to present ideas and report on campaign outcomes.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Help identify process gaps and contribute to internal development.
• Support hiring and training as the team expands.
• Work independently and proactively on goal achievement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital PR, ideally in an agency.
• Track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Good understanding of the US and/or UK media landscape.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Detail-oriented and organized, balancing multiple campaigns.
• Adaptable and action-oriented, learning quickly from feedback.
• Excited about the potential for growth into a team lead role.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
