Overview

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic, integrated care for complex kidney patients in a hybrid-remote role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current unrestricted NP license to practice in the state.
  • Current DEA license or eligible to obtain.
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Home office setup with high-speed internet required.
