Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner at IKC, you will provide holistic care for complex kidney patients, working both autonomously and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted NP license to practice in the state.
• DEA license required or eligible to obtain within 90 days.
• CPR or BLS certification needed.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet required.
• Experience in managing chronic diseases preferred.
• Ability to conduct Health Risk Assessments.
• Passion for delivering care to patients with chronic illnesses.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting.
• Flexibility to accommodate patient and partner availability.
