Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in Value Based Care.
• Current unrestricted NP license to practice.
• Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Passion for delivering care to complex patients.
• Preferred experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Nephrology.
• Spanish-speaking preferred in some markets.
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet required.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patients.
