DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide holistic care to patients with complex kidney conditions, working in a hybrid remote setting with travel to local clinics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current unrestricted NP license in the state
• Current DEA license or eligible to obtain within 90 days
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet required
• Preferred: 5+ years as an FNP or experience in related fields
• Experience managing chronic diseases (CHF, diabetes, hypertension)
• Spanish-speaking preferred
• Passion for patient care with chronic illnesses
