In Short

  • Manage Regional Chain Accounts and Distributors.
  • Oversee customer interactions and business relationships.
  • Develop sales and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor sales processes and strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for Retail Programming.
  • Manage sales execution with distributors and retail accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of account management experience.
  • Proven sales leadership and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills using IRI and Nielsen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong customer orientation and teamwork ability.
  • Adaptable and motivated to develop growth strategies.
  • Experience in the Tobacco industry.
  • Sales and/or Trade Marketing Management experience.
