Founding Account Executive - DACH Region - Remote

Overview

We are looking for founding team members for the DACH region. Your role is crucial for revenue growth and customer retention.

In Short

• Identify new business opportunities and upsell through proactive outreach.
• Present product solutions in German and English.
• Own your pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
• Implement strategies to secure customer retention.
• Collaborate with various teams to maximize client value.
• Design outbound sales strategies tailored to your segment.
• Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate leads.
• Document best practices and outbound sales playbooks.
• Analyze results to improve sales acumen.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
• Confident presenting via phone, video calls, and in person.
• Organized in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Comfortable owning targets and driving client development.
• Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset.
• Experience in the HR tech or recruitment industry is a plus.
