Senior Brand Designer - Remote

Overview

As the first Brand Designer in our team, you’ll join us at an exciting stage of growth, where brand plays an increasingly important role in how JOIN is perceived across every touchpoint. You’ll help shape how we show up in the market, how we communicate value, and how we create a consistent and memorable experience across campaigns, channels, and assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand system thinking.
• Experience in campaign-driven marketing environments.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Ability to create scalable work.
• Experience collaborating across functions.
• Structured but creative problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• A hands-on, proactive way of working.
