As the VP Sales at JOIN, you will own the commercial future of the company, driving revenue strategy and leading sales efforts in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Proven VP-level sales leadership in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in international market expansion.
  • Ability to build outbound sales functions.
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS roles, with leadership experience.
  • Fluency in English and German.
