In Short

  • Join the Sales & Supply department to grow inventory in the DACH region.
  • Generate leads and acquire new businesses.
  • Manage accounts until the first booking.
  • Conduct cold outreach via calls and emails.
  • Negotiate with advertisers to maximize value.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Plan business trips and attend industry events.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and native-level German.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Experienced in sales and eager to learn.
  • Master of cold calling and outbound sales strategies.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
