Overview

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at JOIN, you will own and evolve our commercial systems architecture, focusing on building, optimizing, and scaling the tooling and processes that power our Sales, Account Management, and Support teams.

In Short

• Own and manage our commercial toolstack including advanced HubSpot administration.
• Build and implement complex CRM automations and workflows.
• Drive structural system improvements and data quality.
• Leverage AI in operational workflows for enhanced efficiency.
• Reduce admin time for customer-facing teams through automation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Resolve ad-hoc admin and tooling requests efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years as CRM owner/admin with HubSpot experience.
• Proven experience owning a commercial toolstack.
• Experience with low-code automation tools and integrating AI into workflows.
• SQL proficiency for reading, writing, and debugging queries.
• Fluency in English.
