Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for the analysis of sales-related data to increase overall sales productivity and results, focusing on operations, technology, GTM process, and performance.

In Short

  • Analyze sales-related data to improve productivity.
  • Streamline and automate processes for data compilation.
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments.
  • Track key sales metrics and perform ad hoc analysis.
  • Manage dashboards and build visuals for business insights.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives with data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance and efficiency.
  • Train and enable new hires for the Sales team.
  • Design and maintain sales territories.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in finance or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of media, automotive, and technology markets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Capability to manage and audit disparate data sets.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar training is preferred.
