Overview

As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager at simpleclub, you’ll be our RevOps Mastermind! You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the systems and processes that power our entire B2B go-to-market structure across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

In Short

  • Maintain and improve our end-to-end RevOps infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, and Success.
  • Define and implement processes within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Set up and maintain forecasts & reporting across GTM teams.
  • Ensure data quality and reliable tracking throughout the funnel.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on data and strategy.
  • Support ongoing GTM initiatives such as segmentation and funnel analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Shape our RevOps roadmap to improve productivity and revenue performance.
  • Drive enablement through clear communication and documentation.
  • Rollout new tools and processes to the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related field in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge in managing and customizing HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of GTM data architecture.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Experience aligning tools and processes across teams.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier.
  • Experience using AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Good understanding of marketing tracking.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
