In Short

• Oversee critical business processes that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle.
• Serve as a strategic link between Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Manage the Deal Desk function ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Develop and implement deal strategy frameworks.
• Lead pricing initiatives and develop pricing models.
• Coordinate customer renewal forecasting processes.
• Generate accurate attainment reports to track sales performance.
• Participate in interviews.
• Work in a remote environment with flexibility.
• Encourage diverse backgrounds to apply.

Requirements

• Experience across sales operations, finance, and revenue management.
• Familiarity with complex contracts and pricing optimization.
• Experience in product-led growth and enterprise deals.
• Ability to work in a mostly EST environment.
• Experience working remotely.
• Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship.
• Bonus points for experience with SaaS business models and subscription billing systems.
