DaVita is hiring a Senior Manager for our Credits team within Revenue Operations, responsible for strategic and operational oversight of business lanes, focusing on innovation and workforce maximization.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• High School Diploma/equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle in Collections and/or Credits.
