Overview

The Revenue Operations Senior Manager supports Revenue Operations (RevOps) initiatives and collaborates with other RevOps leaders on overseeing all RevOps related duties and responsibilities, maximizing revenue growth.

In Short

• Manage inbound processes for screening opportunities and coordinating communication.
• Develop and manage RevOps SOPs related to case research and reporting analytics.
• Train new hires on Dynamics and industry tech tools.
• Collaborate with the Data team for visualization and analysis.
• Oversee offshore resources and provide coaching.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions integration activities.
• Manage data integration and validation projects post-acquisitions.
• Monitor business development activities within Dynamics.
• Support strategy for targeted AmLaw100 and 200 firms.
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members for progress assessment.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to master software tools.
• Strategic thinking with success in enhancing RevOps processes.
• Ability to manage a distributed workforce.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in legal research and understanding case progression.
• 7+ years of business experience in revenue operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
