Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will lead initiatives to improve customer experience and drive sustainable growth at Red Canary by enhancing customer success operations.

In Short

  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve customer retention metrics.
  • Refine customer lifecycle processes to support Customer Success.
  • Drive accurate forecasting for renewals and expansions.
  • Develop and deliver initiatives to enhance onboarding and customer engagement.
  • Train Customer Success Managers on processes and tools.
  • Provide project leadership for tool implementations and operational changes.
  • Identify programs to support customer engagement strategies.
  • Influence a culture of Customer Success across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to represent customer voice.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations leadership for SaaS customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum work frameworks.
  • Minimum three years in customer success operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and efficiency.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Slack integrations.
