Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our sales organization, responsible for the operational strategy, driving best practices, analytics, and scaling initiatives to support a fast-growing company.

In Short

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive analytical thought leadership around operational excellence.
  • Manage and support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and annual planning.
  • Ensure strategy is properly defined and executed by cross-functional teams.
  • Provide visibility and deliver insights to shape and grow the business.
  • Monitor the market and competition to ensure effectiveness of Revenue strategy.
  • Develop processes and incentive programs to motivate teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Reporting and Analytics in a SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting global sales teams of 150+ across multiple segments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC CRM.
  • Advanced proficiency in Looker or similar BI tool.
