ParcelHero is seeking a strategic and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to support our Sales and Marketing teams, optimizing operations and driving revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain key sales processes and documentation.

  • Drive continuous improvement across Sales and Marketing functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace suite.
