Overview

This position is for a Senior Strategic Account Executive who will manage and expand HVAC equipment sales in the healthcare sector, establishing relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales strategies.

In Short

  • Develop new business relationships in the healthcare vertical.
  • Communicate with decision-makers, including C-Level executives.
  • Work with building owners to improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Manage relationships with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
  • Perform needs assessments and develop sales proposals.
  • Ensure project completion from bid to installation.
  • Prepare sales activity and forecast reports.
  • Participate in professional organizations to expand network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC system solution sales.
  • 5+ years in contract negotiation and bid review.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 3+ years in healthcare construction is a plus.
  • Experience with GPOs and strong technical sales expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
