Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Pharm D, MD, PhD preferred.
• 10 years in the healthcare industry required.
• 5-7 years in medical affairs or related experience preferred.
• Experience in immunology, dermatology, or gastrointestinal disorders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize partnerships.
• Leadership experience in medical affairs or advocacy.
• Strategic thinker with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proven track record in complex organizations.
• Willingness to travel 10-30% of the time.
