Overview

The Associate Director will support and direct the execution of diversity and inclusion strategies for global clinical trial programs, ensuring diverse participant representation and implementing innovative methodologies.

In Short

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical operations and patient recruitment.
  • Expertise in patient demographics and recruitment strategies.
  • Direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
  • Ability to influence senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
  • Healthcare business acumen with understanding of health disparities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
