We are looking for a Senior Director, Scaled Insights to join our Scaled Insights team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the vision and strategy of this function while building and mentoring a team that will have a meaningful impact on our business and clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to convert bespoke insight deliverables into scaled insights that can be leveraged and ultimately turned into products, with the goal of shortening the time-to-market. By doing so, you will drive measurable client impact at scale and help evolve our approach to delivering insights with greater efficiency and velocity.

In Short

  • Develop scaled insights solutions for customer direct (outbound cleanrooms) to address client questions effectively
  • Improve efficiency in Research & Insights processes, including pulling data for analysis and delivering insights for QBR decks
  • Accelerate new product development by creating “pre-alpha products” to test and scale insights before full product development
  • Player/Coach - manage and balance with hands-on coding/delivery
  • Partner with the Research & Insights, Commercial, and Product teams to scale insights inquiries, provide client-specific insights, and streamline the transition of “pre-alpha product” from R&I to product development
  • Train commercial stakeholders on how to self-serve and articulate results derived from scaled insights solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in scaling operations and analytics; management experience as a player/coach
  • Hands-on programming experience with Python, R and familiarity with clean rooms; experience developing and managing data pipelines
  • Experience with prioritization, building and owning a roadmap, and working across the organization to gain alignment on priorities
  • Proven track record functioning as a partner to different teams to create a cohesive, scalable process
