We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Sales Director to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth, leveraging your strong client relationships to forge strategic partnerships and deliver on your revenue targets.

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior leaders in pharmaceutical companies.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes.
  • Must be based in EST or Central time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or healthcare technology.
  • Experience selling data or software solutions to senior executives.
  • Established network of contacts within top pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise deals ($1M–$10M).
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive.
  • Consultative approach to sales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial challenges in life sciences.
  • Passion for technology in healthcare.
  • Must be based in EST or Central time zones.
