Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a dual role, prioritizing Service Sales Manager responsibilities while also serving as Customer Success Manager. This position will drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction across China, working closely with channel partners and end user customers.

In Short

  • Plan, prioritize, and execute sales strategies to drive share and revenue growth in China.
  • Develop new business and support account relationships.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to identify prospects and deliver value-based offerings.
  • Establish profitable pricing arrangements and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Provide product knowledge and expand product visibility with customers and channel partners.
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and market reports.
  • Monitor and report market intelligence to drive strategy and business development.
  • Act as the frontline representative for Waukesha, liaising between the business and customers/channel partners.
  • Support development of new products and services.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding channel Partners and channel audit programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role with technical background or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service, key account support, contract/project management in gas compression and/or power generation industry.
  • Experience pitching/selling complex technical solutions.
  • International sales/service experience preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system and MS Office suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within China.
  • Fluent in English.
