Overview

Join the Customer Success team within Spotify's Advertising Sales business, where you will build relationships to grow our business and help craft creative solutions for clients.

In Short

  • Build deep client relationships to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage RFP responses and media planning strategy across all buying channels.
  • Participate in client meetings for campaign prep, optimization recommendations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure campaigns to meet metrics.
  • Lead all aspects of campaign setup, launch, and activation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize media plans.
  • Identify and pitch incremental business opportunities.
  • Educate clients on Spotify’s products and processes.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis with recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital media.
  • Strong industry knowledge and desire to grow in digital media.
  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics.
  • Outstanding customer service reputation.
  • Ability to translate client requests into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with CRMs and ad servers.
