Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Britive, you will guide customers through their journey with our cloud security solutions, ensuring they achieve early success and maintain strong long-term relationships.

In Short

  • Drive early success for new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Own overall relationship of assigned customer accounts.
  • Coach customers to become product experts.
  • Outline customer critical success factors and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Support Sales in pre-sales processes.
  • Collect customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Conduct reviews to gauge customer satisfaction.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and upsell opportunities.
  • Enable Britive's Partners through product training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of software support experience in IAM (IGA/PAM) space.
  • 2+ years in a SaaS environment, preferably start-up.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity SaaS field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success.
  • Proven experience with application/internet-based customer support.
  • Full understanding of Customer Success/community engagement.
  • Ability to self-manage and work within multiple systems efficiently.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
