The Customer Success Manager at COMPLY is responsible for developing strong customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty, ensuring that customers are satisfied and advocating for their needs within the company.

  • Drive advocacy initiatives with marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in financial services or compliance is a plus.
  • Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Empathy for customers with a passion for growth.
  • Ability to manage projects with customers effectively.
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive mindset.
