In Short

  • We’re hiring our first Customer Success Manager.
  • You'll report to the Head of Revenue and work alongside the Founders, Sales, and Product teams.
  • This role is open from Customer Success Associate through Senior Customer Success Manager.
  • You’ll own relationships with SMB and mid-market brokers.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new brokers.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for brokers.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/expansion across accounts.
  • Help refine customer success processes and metrics.
  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management is preferred.
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity offered.

Requirements

  • 2-6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with SMB/mid-market clients in insurance or financial services preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in chaos and ambiguity.
  • Experience in leading renewals/expansion conversations is a plus.
