Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the long-term success of a portfolio of top-tier creators, coordinating cross-functional teams and translating business goals into clear plans.

In Short

• Own a portfolio of accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead client ceremonies such as status calls and business reviews.
• Define scope and success criteria for projects.
• Plan and ship launches on time and with quality.
• Communicate expectations and manage stakeholders.
• Track and report KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify expansion opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
• Provide structured feedback to product and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Experience in the wellness/fitness/nutrition space is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Comfortable with product and business metrics.
• Fluent in English for interaction with international teams.
• Based anywhere in Brazil, preferably in Florianópolis.
