Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience with public cloud platforms.
  • Ability to drive success plans and achieve targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
