In Short

  • Join a remote-native global team focused on customer success.
  • Drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value for Halcyon customers.
  • Coordinate Customer Success activities: onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Monitor and report on customer health and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer relationships.
  • Identify upsell opportunities with Account Executives.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related customer-facing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience in post-sales customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of technology and ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and success.
  • Proven success in managing customer journeys.
