Loopio is looking for a relationship-focused, data-oriented Customer Success Manager to manage accounts and collaborate with the Customer Success team, driving initiatives that support customer growth and satisfaction.

  • Build meaningful relationships with Mid-Market customers through various communication methods.
  • Partner with the Customer Enablement Manager for seamless onboarding.
  • Develop plans that align with customer goals and Customer Journeys.
  • Create strategies to boost customer adoption and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to drive growth and reduce churn.
  • Manage metrics around adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Measure customer adoption data through the Customer Health Score framework.
  • Champion customer insights with Product Teams.
  • Share success stories through various communication channels.
  • Align with Support & Services Teams for a cohesive experience.

Requirements

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Highly organized with effective time management.
  • Results-oriented with goal-setting capabilities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience with sales proposals or RFPs is a significant advantage.
